1. Low socio-economic level ie: Title 1
2. Accessibility
3. Staff commitment/involvement
4. Administrative support
5. Students energized to the idea
6. Proximity of HS students to their school (from same borough) for purposes of Youth Venture
7. What types of organizations they are already affiliated with
8. Access to opportunities-jobs, college
9. Levels of Risk for drop-out, drug abuse, truancy
10. Spanish Speaking or Immigrant Population
