Rabih, 17, Bronx Guild, Originally from Ghana
My name is Rabih and I’m a 17 year old junior in the Bronx Guild High School. My family is from Ghana, West Africa. One of my aspirations is to pursue a career that allows me to passionate about all my interest. I want to be able to get every day to know that I that I’m having a positive impact on the lives of others. I joined Global Potential because I want to grow as a person, and gain memorable experiences that’ll live with me forever. To gain these experiences I would used my leadership skills and determination as a contribution to Global Potential. I’m inspired by the achievements to come in my future, to never give up and continue
to strive for success. I’m interested in the helping, education others and in creative writing. I would help my community by eliminating stereotypes, the acceptance of oppression and the segregation amongst the people of my community. From this six week trip I hope to learn a tremendous amount about myself, how to truly workers with other under pressure, and become adept in Spanish.
