Over the years, GP has mentored students, developed lifelong friendships and formed collaborative partnerships with communities across the world. This includes dense urban neighborhoods and rural agricultural mountainside villages. Bringing these different perspectives together through cultural exchange experiences and experiential education activities is what makes our youth programming so powerful.

New York City

In 2007 GP established a pilot program in International High School @ Prospect Heights and selected 10 youth fellows to form its inaugural class. The pilot program was evaluated as highly successful and, thus, the following year, GP began expanding into several other New York City schools and youth programs; over the years GP has partnered with 25 Title I schools and community-based organizations in New York City.

Boston

From 2010 - 2015 GP worked out of three different offices in Boston. The founding schools included John D. O. Bryant School of Math and Science and Edward M. Kennedy Health Careers Academy. Later, GP expanded its program to Margarita Muniz Academy and Boston International Newcomers Academy.
