Our Programs
GP programs connect people across cultures and borders to empower individuals and communities to access their potential and thrive.
While we are no longer running our flagship programs, our vision and mission remain steadfast. Since 2020, we have primarily operated as a remote community, united by our shared passion for youth empowerment. We continue to focus our efforts on addressing the evolving needs of our communities in Haiti through our youth councils, and in New York City, the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua through our alumni networks, and virtual gatherings.
Youth Leadership Conference
Every summer since its founding in 2007, GP has organized a Youth Leadership Conference using an Open Space approach and Design Thinking activities.
U.S.A Programs
From 2020 to 2022, our teams developed and led youth empowerment programs centered on civic engagement, service learning, and mental health, all with a focus on social justice. Today, we continue to support our alumni community through mentorship and networking opportunities.
Latin America Programs
