Global Potential transforms the lives of youth from underserved communities through education, service learning and cultural exchange into globally competitive leaders of positive change in their lives and communities.
Flagship Program
From 2007 to 2017, GP operated a life-changing program for 5,000 youth from urban inner-city and marginalized rural village low-income communities, in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Baltimore, Boston, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Nicaragua, to engage in leadership and cross-cultural training.
500 of these youth participated in transformative journeys to do community service and cultural exchange work in rural villages internationally and to contribute to their own communities through social entrepreneurship ventures.
